KCRG - Vote 2006 - Labor Council Endorses Culver
CEDAR RAPIDS - The Hawkeye Labor Council formally endorsed Chet Culver for governor of Iowa Sunday. The announcement came at a gathering in Cedar Rapids.
The president of the council says the union sees Culver as the best candidate to lead Iowa forward. The organization represents 9,000 union members and their families in Eastern Iowa.
